We're interested in the Dell Vostro 3700, 17.3, brand new, laptop computer, and other laptops and electronics, PSP, Blackberry or similar. We had one supplier but they were not able to deliver our order and refused to respond to key questions.
We currently have 10 sales agents and two dealers marketing these computers in the Philippines, with very response with requirements now on back order, this was only in past 96 hours. We are quickly expanding and need a solid supplier with good price on laptops for long term business relationship. Our requirements are:
1. Best price, please quote, initial order 10 will quickly expand to much more, to pipeline, where we receive initially one computer to insure configuration and product quality, then order next, etc.
2. Use escrow for the transaction, this escrow protects both parties, and insures honesty all phases. If supplier does not wish to use an escrow account, we need to consider why not wish us both to use protection to insure quality and delivery.
3. Need to be able to expand orders and pricing as we mature our sales staff and marketing.
General question, we had many clients ask about repair and service if anything goes wrong with the computers, please give detailed instruction for resolve of any defects in these computers.
Please send pricing on any other electronics and computers you supply as we wish to expand our product list. Please, do not send the standard list, we wish best pricing on all electronics. Too, not change pricing with each call, very poor way to do business.
We are marketing in the Philippines and India so price is critical, we wish to find Brand New good brand named computers under 150 USD, all sizes, as they will sell well in a depressed market. We already have computers back order from clients, please be timely and detailed in your reply.
