Procedure for Spot Order:
- Seller issues Completed SCO (incl. Signature of seller, Letter-Head, with buyers procedure)
1. Buyer issues LOI/ICPO with bank details.
2. Seller issues Draft contract.
3. Seller issue partial POP, SGS report Tank receiptfor the first lift able
4. Buyer issues payment MT103 for the product lift able
5. Seller will issue Full POP sends 2% Operative cash backed operative PB
6. Buyer issues Irrevocable, Nontransferable RDLC within 48hours
7. Delivery schedule
Procedure for Annual Contract:
- Seller issues Completed SCO (incl. Signature of seller, Letter-Head, with buyers procedure)
1. Buyer issues LOI/ICPO along with NCNDA.
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer accepts sellers FCO with acceptance letter including buyers bank details, corporate license with company profile and / or passport numbers as identification.
4. Seller issues Draft Contract for evaluation, approval and open for amendment via electronic mail/courier, buyer returns signed draft contract.
5. Buyer and seller finalize shipment schedules.
6. Seller & Buyer sign and exchange hard copy of contract both parties lodges contact in respective banks.
7. Seller issues Full partial pop and commercial invoice SGS BILL COPY to buyer
8. Both party exchange hard copies of the legalized contract via courier and Lodge contracts with their respective banks. Buyer Swift to allocation/title holding bank an unconditional Swift Transferable DvisibleMT 760 or RDL/C Pre-advice TO SELLER Via bank to bank
9. Sellers bank swift full POP to buyers bank.
10. Buyers bank opens RDLC against full POP from Sellers bank to Buyers bank via SWIFT.
11. Sellers bank issues 2% PB to activate Buyers banking instrument.
12. Delivery commence as per contract.
