We have a demand for the following material. Kindly make an
offer for both FOB and C&F Karachi(Pakistan) basis (including our commission),
for any/all tenders . Please ignore if any/all not related to you.
Kindly send us proforma invoice(separately for each tender, with our relevant Ref. No.), showing details of material, country of origin, delivery period, port of shipment,
mode of payment and validity of offer by email/fax not later than 21st June, 2005:-
1. S.S. Perforated Screen (Our Ref. No. 100/25/66)
S.S. Perforated Screen for Rotary Vacuum Filter - Qty: 180 Nos.
Sheet Thickness = 0.3mm
Width = 400mm with side mm at both sides.
Length= 3100 without side margin on both side.
Hole Dia = 0.5mm
No. of Hole/Sq. Inch 625 Nos.
Arrangement = 60 Deg.
Mesh Pitch. = 1.09mm
Opening Ratio = 19%
Material = AISI 304
Note: The screen should be properly packed in strong wooden boxes.
- Minimum possible delivery period must be quoted.
2. ELECTRODE - (Our Ref. No. 100/25/67)
1. Electrode dia 5MM SFA5.1 E7018 - Qty: 12000 Kg.
2. Electrode dia 4MM SFA5.1 E7018 - Qty: 12000 Kg.
3. Electrode dia 3.25MM SFA5.1 E7018 – Qty: 6000 Kg.
-Alongwith quotation supplier must provide original brochure indicating
brand, country of origin, packing detail, chemical composition and
mechanical properties of the weldment.
-Supply will be accepted subject to confirmation of mechanical and
chemical properties as per brochure provided in accordance with ASME
Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section – II Part-C.
-Mill Test Certificate is to be provided with the supply.
-Electrode manufacturing date should be of year 2005.
3. NICKEL - (Our Ref. No. 100/25/68)
Nickel (Purity 99.96% min.) - Qty: 3000 Kgs.
Size OR Packing In Steel Drums
MTC is essentially required in original.
