PET bottles scraps, crushed for recycling in full containers of 40ft (take approx. 20 Tons +-10%) & 20ft (take approx. 10 Tons +-10%), large contaminants are avoided (Total contaminants shall not be over the acceptable percentages).
Quality : PET plastic material scraps, crushed,
Unwashed (preliminary wash applied), packed in 45~50kgs bags.
Min Quantity : 20 tons.
Color : PET flakes natural color (Mixed clear and pale blue) and (10% green separated, 10% dark blue separated).
Size : Flake scraps.
Payment : TT, 50% Advance Payment &
50% after receiving a fax/scanned copy of the shipment documents & before sending the original documents by FedEx..

Preliminary wash process as following (Client has to wash PET in a standard washing line once and then it will be ready to recycle)
e. Large contaminants, caps & labels are removed manually from the bottles (Manual removal of large contaminants by definition does not guarantee any specific percentage for removal of small, mini and micro contaminants as well as the traces of labels which were originally glued to the bottles.
f. The bottles are shredded, and then washed to remove further contaminants.
g. The material is dried, exposed to sun for at least 4 hrs, then packed, to be ready for shipment (No sophisticated process or machine is used for drying).
h. Humidity, PVC, Impurity paper, Viscosity (Iv) and Non PET shall not be over the acceptable percentage.
